What we’ve learned is leading a business agility transformation is like trying to eat an elephant. You have to break it down to ‘Tracks’ and make progress in parallel because all of the areas are important and can impact each other. How fast/slow you go within each track is up to appetite and capacity of the transformation team and enterprise culture.

Based on 6 pillars

  1. Stable Teams
  2. Lean Product Development
  3. Customer Seat at the Table
  4. Agile Framework / Mindset
  5. Leadership / Culture Transformation
  6. Enablement (Make It Stick) – measurement & continuous growth, measurable & sustainable growth

We have a full transformation program for both leadership & teams.

  3. Leadership and Cultural Transformation
    • Goal: Begin the leadership transformation and re-skilling needed to move from a top-down command and control style of leadership to a servant leader/empowerment style. Roll-out the Adaptive Leader transformation program for senior leaders and middle managers.
