The Enterprise Business Agility Strategy workshop from Agile Transformation, Inc (https://agiletransformation.com) is the first course to be certified by ICAgile with their ICP-BAF (ICAgile Certified Professional in Business Agility Foundations) credential in the US. The ICP-BAF certification is intended to qualify executives and leaders to jumpstart organizational transformations towards a more responsive, value-driven reality using Agile and Lean methods.

“We are thrilled to be the first company in the US to accredit a course for the ICP-BAF,” said Sally Elatta, President of Agile Transformation, Inc. “Executives and leaders are facing disruption and market demands for change. They are looking to leverage Agile and Lean methods to gain a competitive advantage through reducing time to market, effectively responding to changing business needs and increasing customer satisfaction, while reducing overall execution cost. Our new course focuses on providing leaders a roadmap on how to do just that.”

The Enterprise Business Agility Strategy workshop (https://agilityhealthradar.com/eba-workshops) is an intensive two-day session designed to help an Executive/Leadership team develop their organization’s transformation strategy and roadmap. The workshop sets the framework and transformation process to build the necessary components needed for designing, planning and measuring Business Agility transformation. Participants will thoroughly explore the critical pillars of Enterprise Business Agility, identify leadership teams to lead those pillars and create actionable backlogs to execute on each pillar. Through collective discovery brainstorming, collaborative workshops and focused working sessions, participating leaders will gain the knowledge, tools and frameworks to successfully lead a successful Enterprise Business Agility transformation.

Ahmed Sidky, President of ICAgile, adds, “In our constantly changing world, it’s imperative to address the paradigm shifts necessary to enable organizational agility. As one of ICAgile’s newest offerings, the Business Agility learning track will equip professionals with the mindset, approaches, and skills needed to face challenges without losing momentum. We are delighted to have Agile Transformation, Inc. offer the first ICAgile-accredited Business Agility Foundations course in the U.S. as an ICAgile Member Training Organization.”

To date, more than 30,000 people have earned an ICAgile certification.
