The Agile learning environment has unlocked one of the major keys to bringing a cohesive working style within the company. Nick and Sally have seamlessly partnered with our teams to coach them through the Agile Life Cycle. The use of the Agile learning techniques has formed a strong inter-departmental collaborative bond between team members who support each other and celebrate individual and team successes together. As business owners, we recognize our foundation has been energized through the use of new tools and enhanced forms of communication, which has led to more adaptability and flexibility to different situations that arise. Employee knowledge has increased, as well as, the confidence to experiment with new approaches and processes by simply being able to define the objectives, set deliverables and share tasks as a team – the work agenda becomes clear! Conflict no longer means issues come to a complete stop; collaboratively, issue resolution is discussed in innovative ways through quicker recognition of impediments. Business partner requests are being met at intervals more quickly, with overall delivery brought in on time. This journey has been invaluable to the way our teams collaboratively work together!
